BILLING POLICY:

Due to increased costs of providing high level health care there may be an out-of-pocket fee associated with all services provided by this practice including children (excluding government vaccine appointments).

A minor surgery fee applies to surgical procedures. Fees may also apply to other services provided e.g. Dressings, plaster etc.

Please note: Appointments that take longer than the specified appointment time will incur a higher fee rate. (Based on time spent with Doctor.)

No Concessions are available for weekday evenings after 4pm and Saturdays.

An administration fee of $15 applies to accounts not settled on the day of your appointment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Payment must be made in full on the day of the consultation. We can lodge your Medicare claim electronically via a debit card with the rebate credited the same day. Accounts not settled on the day will incur an administration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request at least 12 hours notice to be given to the practice. This enables other  patients the opportunity to be given that appointment time. Where such notice is not provided, you will be charged ½ the cost of the consultation.

APPOINTMENTS:

This practice operates on an appointment system with allowances made for emergencies. If you feel your medical problem requires a longer consultation please advise the receptionist when making your appointment. Patients are seen in the following order:
